1. Your Right to Control Your Data At TodFootball, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal information. In accordance with applicable data privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and App Store guidelines, we provide a simple and transparent way for you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate the deletion of your account through the following methods:

Option A: Via the iOS App (Recommended) If you are using our mobile application, you can delete your account directly within the app settings:

Open the TodFootball App on your device.
Navigate to your Profile or Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
Tap on "Delete Account".
Confirm your choice. Note: You may be asked to re-enter your password to verify your identity.

Option B: Via Email Request If you cannot access the app or prefer to do this via the web, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Send an email to [Insert Support Email, e.g., support@todfootball.com].
Use the Subject Line: "Request for Account Deletion - [Your Username]".
In the body of the email, please include your registered email address and username. Our support team will process your request within 7-14 business days.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted? When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

Profile Information: Username, email address, profile picture, and display name.
App Preferences: Favorite teams, leagues, and notification settings.
User History: Watch history, comments, and saved matches.

4. What Data Is Retained? In some cases, we may retain certain data for legal or administrative purposes:

Transaction Records: If you have made any premium purchases, we are legally required to keep financial records for tax and accounting purposes for a specific period.
Anonymized Analytics: We may keep non-personal, aggregated data (which cannot be traced back to you) to help us analyze app performance and improve our services.
Security Logs: Data necessary to prevent fraud or abuse may be retained for a limited time.

5. Irreversibility Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your favorites, premium subscriptions (if applicable), and history. You will not be able to recover this account. If you wish to use TodFootball again in the future, you will need to create a brand new account.

6. Third-Party Data If you signed up using a third-party service (like Apple ID, Google, or Facebook), deleting your TodFootball account does not delete the data held by those third-party platforms. You may need to manage your app connections within those specific platform settings.
